Extremely rare Cyprine, a blue Vesuvianite (copper), with Thulite, Piemontite, and white Albite, Quartz, Calcite.  Found in the Picuris Mining District, Pilar, New Mexico.   Only other known localities, Franklin Mine, New Jersey, and Telemark, Norway, are not producing now. Verified by Ray DeMark and Paul Hlava, 1987.  Vesuvianite Ver:  Dr. John Rakovan, Mineralogist, New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mines, Socorro, N.m.
